blox.sh respects the intellectual property of others and responds to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a notice and we will review it promptly.

Filing a takedown notice

Email contact@blox.sh with the subject "DMCA Takedown" and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on blox.sh of the material you want removed.
• Your contact information (name, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete, valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material in question as quickly as we reasonably can, and notify anyone affected where appropriate.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the removed content's URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your signature.
